This multicolor tube looks fun, but it's essentially the same as the 9 lb tube from the same brand. The TPR material is fine, and it's portable for travel. However, for $119, it's overpriced—you can get a set of dumbbells for similar money. The weight is fixed at 9 lbs, which limits its usefulness for strength training. It works for basic resistance exercises, but I wouldn't recommend it as a primary tool. The ergonomic design is a plus, but not enough to justify the cost.
