Our take
I got the 8-tube version for a more challenging workout. The pedal design keeps the band anchored, and the handles are comfortable. The TPE material is odorless and doesn’t snap easily. For $22, it’s a great value for a versatile resistance system. However, the tension levels are still limited compared to free weights. Also, the tubes can occasionally tangle. Good for travel or adding variety to home workouts, but serious lifters will want heavier resistance.
